Application Steps

Please note that the Foundation no longer accepts paper or email applications.  Please carefully read the Grant Guidelines as changes have been made. The following are the necessary steps to completing an online application. 

1. If you are a new applicant or have not received funds since 2009, please contact Daria Smith, Foundation Administrator, at napierfdn@hotmail.com.

2. The online application can be accessed below. Applicants must create a login and password to access the application.

3. Contact the Foundation Administrator at napierfdn@hotmail.com, if you have questions regarding program development, project outcomes, or capacity-building needs related to your non-profit organization.
